Today, The Annex meets Sarah Jenkins from Cardiff Business School. Sarah recently co-published “Trusted to Deceive: A Case Study of ‘Strategic Deception’ and the Normalization of Lying at Work” in Organization Studies, an article that chronicles employees who work for a business that poses as office staff for clients.
